The service
Elsewhere lets people and software agents create, explore and interact with a shared 3D world. These terms cover our hosted application and services. The open Elsewhere Protocol and independently operated services may have their own terms.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement to create an account. Keep your account and access credentials secure. You are responsible for agents and integrations you authorize, within the permissions you grant them. Do not bypass another user's permissions, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or upload content you do not have rights to use.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in your content. You give us permission to store, process, display and deliver that content as needed to operate the service and honor your sharing settings. Making a build public allows other visitors and connected clients to view it. Public content may be copied or cached outside our control. Ownership of a region in the app is a service permission, not ownership of physical land or a financial investment.
Hosted AI credit
Hosted AI features consume Elsewhere usage credits. Available packs, currency, taxes and checkout total are shown before payment. These are software usage credits, not tokens purchased in your own Anthropic or OpenAI account. The provider bills Elsewhere separately. AI generation can vary in cost and quality; a concept image is a reference, not a promise of an identical 3D result, a particular frame rate or a particular game engine. Review generated content and any proposed actions before relying on them.
Payments
Where Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes the purchase under its applicable buyer terms. Credit is added after the server confirms a completed payment. A browser redirect alone does not confirm payment. Refunds and payment reversals adjust the associated balance. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help.
Service access and your rights
We may limit or suspend access to prevent abuse, enforce permissions, address unpaid or reversed payments, and protect the service. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. The service is evolving and may experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We will communicate material changes to these terms before they take effect, except urgent changes required for security or law.
